It took me four months to figure out what
exercises to include
and about nine months to go from
a pants waist size 48 to 38/40,
I am not a fitness guru, and I lead a regular active lifestyle,
but I had my fair share of experiences.
I received training in the army and several gyms,
including being trained by a Golds Gym® director of training
so I have an excellent understanding of the body's muscles, joints,
tendons, bone structure, and functions well.
However, I had let go, and at close to 300 pounds, with joint pains and
poor flexibility, "I run out of breath tying my shoelaces,"
I had to think about how to get back into shape for vitality and, foremost,
choose safe exercises to prevent injury,
to condense into a 30-minute routine
that does not require tools or paid membership and
could become habits I would not need a vacation from.
The result of a full body routine is arranged in two sections.
1) Beginners Seize the day
The first is to learn proper techniques,
to target specific body sections,
and maintain the correct
form for effective exercises,
in a 30-minute routine.
