responsibility is not to deliver the public the most nutritious food but to
maximize returns to their shareholders.
And as profit-maximizing machines, they are geniuses at finding cheaper and more
industrial ways to make foods. They are able to inject fillers into their products
to increase weight, volume, or both to make them appear more affordable in the eyes of the consumers.
Also, flavors and texturizers make them addictive and preservative for extended shelf life.
he side effect of those manipulations of food is that they are incredibly inflammatory.
They have created an assortment of hyper-palatable food designed to develop
addition and turn off the body's natural hungry signals by putting together
combinations of sweetness, saltiness, umami (whatever that is), and various textures.
100's million on marketing are spent
on programming subconscious minds to believe their products are healthy.
We have seen the demonization of different foods at a time "ex: eggs and butter,"
to the benefits of their highly processed "healthy" vegetable oils, fats, and alternate
sugars that are total "BS". None of those are actual food, but chewable textured
calory packs stimulate taste buds with little, if any, nutritional value.

SO WHAT TO DO?
Simple: eat only real food. If GOD made it, it IS OK TO EAT. If a man in a lab coat made it, it IS NOT OK TO EAT.
Look, I know you know how to eat when you start to eat real food,
