Anti-Resolution for Underdogs
Set yourself up to Win!
Rather than making resolutions based on society's standards, which have a 91% failure rate year after year.
A strong "WHY" is the way to an easy "HOW."
Write a letter about aspirations, desires, and future goals, as a conversation with yourself on how to achieve them. The letter has to be dynamic to embrace and make adjustments to tackle the ups or downs and enjoy the adventure.

I began writing my "WHY letter" with this goal in mind:
To avoid the burdens of obesity, joint pain, diets, and medication.
Like many of us, "I tried diets, gyms, home workouts, and fitness programs. Through trial and error, I understood what worked best for me, and that's how the RockyStepsWay was born.
On the exercises:
"I struggled with my fitness goals due to often setting unrealistic expectations and timeframes. The RockyStepsWay plan is flexible and equipment-free, and I never felt the need to take a break from it.
On the food and Eating:
I eat and enjoy a wide range of foods and cuisines; whenever I cut something out of my diet, after a while, I miss it, leading to cravings and a general feeling of misery; instead, I now care about portion sizes and selecting high-quality ingredients.
Habits
For better or worse, habits shape us slowly and silently, but we can always adjust them to serve our best interests.
As we are told many times:
Lead by example, strap on the oxygen mask first so you can help loved ones and everyone who needs a push in the right direction.
