The RockyStepsWay
Where Underdogs Rise,
and Better Lives Begin
I’m not a doctor, a fitness guru, or a certified nutritionist. I never set out to be.
I am someone who hit rock bottom
physically, emotionally, and professionally
and created a system to find a way back.
Not long ago, I was staring down a future I didn’t want— obese with joint pains and lost sense of self, grieving the loss of my children, and nearly everything else I worked for gone. The possibility of surviving a stroke and be left in a body I no longer recognized scared me more than death itself.
That fear became my turning point. I packed what was left of my life into a tiny, cheerful yellow Chevy Aveo almost old enought to buy its own beers, and moved 1.6 miles from the Rocky Steps to reignite my drive to “keep punching.” From that moment on, I committed: No Gym. No Equipment. No Excuses. Just 30 minutes a day to rebuild myself—one step at a time.
At 60+, carrying 300 pounds and constant joint pain, I climbed the Rocky Steps for the first time.
Within a year, the 30-minute system was born—I’d dropped eight pants sizes and often was jogging the steps one hour to test how much stamina I had regained.
By the end of year two, fate gave me the ultimate test: I walked more than 600 miles in just four weeks. The result? Not a single ache or pain—only proof that the system worked.

Before writing The RockyStepsWay®, I built a career as an international food specialist executive chef and entrepreneur, creating training and operating systems (some USDA-certified, with licence # 25125P/25125) that helped teams thrive under pressure. I also am a Certified Expert Mentor guiding entrepreneurs through with SCORE.org a resource of the Small Business Administration.
What I share here isn’t theory—it’s lived experience. My comeback began with a broken body and heavy grief, but through the RockyStepsWay® I rebuilt stamina, vitality, and purpose. When I became obese and went in for my yearly physical, I was expecting the worst. To my surprise, the doctor said I was fine, even if I didn’t look the part. The truth was simple: I just needed to lose the weight. Through the RockyStepsWay®, I rebuilt stamina, vitality, and purpose. Now, I’m passing on the same blueprint that helped me rise—so you can rise too.”
By the end of Year One, I was pain-free and climbing the Rocky Steps daily. In Year Two, I proved the system under real-world pressure—walking over 600 miles in four weeks, working alongside people half my age. No joint pain. No crash diets. Just relentless consistency.
What followed was renewed stamina, sharper clarity, and a fire that hadn’t burned this bright in decades. It proved a truth worth sharing: It’s Not Too Late to Rise.
Got 30 minutes and the will to begin? The RockyStepsWay® meets you exactly where you are. Today from their early 40s, too many people already expect a future tied to diabetes and blood pressure pills—but the RockyStepsWay® proves it doesn’t have to be that way.
✨ My last name, Paris, often sparks curiosity—a fair question, since many families once changed their names to better fit in.
I was born in Fiuggi, near Rome, Italy—a wellness resort town known for its healing waters and cobblestone streets that whisper centuries of nurturing wellness and resilience. That spirit shaped me early.
The Paris surname is fairly common in central and northern Italy, yet in the Rome, Lazio region family legend traces it all the way back to Paris, the mythical prince of Troy, and Aeneas, founder of the Roman people.
Three ways to read or listen.
One simple system to rise,
at your own pace, and style.
